Investment in Your Wellbeing
Psychological support for adults, adolescents and families across Australia
You’re In the Right Place
I understand that practical considerations matter when seeking support. Transparency around fees, rebates and policies helps you feel informed and confident before beginning therapy.
My goal is to make the process as straightforward as possible. Below you will find clear information about session fees, Medicare rebates, private health options and payment details. If anything feels unclear or you would like to discuss your circumstances, you are always welcome to reach out.
Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing. If you are unsure about affordability or ongoing sessions, we can talk openly about options and find a plan that feels manageable for you.
"The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination"
— Carl Rogers

More Information
Medicare Rebates
With a valid GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan under the Better Access initiative, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of 98.95 dollars per session as at 2026. The full session fee is paid on the day and the rebate is processed back to your nominated bank account. Medicare rebate amounts may change over time.
Private Health Insurance
If your extras cover includes psychology, you may be eligible for a rebate depending on your level of cover. Please check directly with your health fund for specific details. You cannot claim both Medicare and private health for the same session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur the full session fee. This policy helps ensure appointment availability for others who may be waiting for support.
Telehealth Sessions
Medicare rebates apply to Telehealth sessions when you have a valid referral and plan. Online counseling is available for clients across Australia.
